A16 Civit is a venue located in the heart of the city of Mendoza. It’s an experience where we combine wine tastings with exquisite cuisine that changes with each season, offering different flavors and sensations.
We have a variety of spaces and options. The restaurant offers wine and light bites; the wine cellar and our Garden 757 invite you to wind down at the end of the day with some after-work drinks.
Gastronomy
At A16 Civit, gastronomy is an art. Our menu is inspired by traditional Mendoza flavors and delights even the most discerning palates. Each dish has been carefully designed to pair with our wines, offering a complete culinary experience where the authenticity of local ingredients is combined with the creativity of our kitchen.

À la carte lunches
Monday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Every 15 days, A16 Civit becomes a vibrant stage for our Music Series, where music and wine take center stage. From evenings filled with the excitement of tango and folklore to energetic performances of Argentine rock and pop, these events are a celebration of art in all its forms.
