Tasting Notes

Greenish yellow colour with elegant bright hints. On the nose it presents a delicate herbal aromas such as rue and some notes of white flowers. On the palate it has a smooth and refreshing entry, good mid-palate and persistence provided by its aging in barrels. Balanced acidity that gives juiciness.
